This 63 storey all-glass highrise will feature 30 floors of retail space, 23 floors of residential apartments toped by several floors of penthouses. The Rolex tower will be built by Ahmad Seddiqi and Sons and designed by Chicago based firm Skidemore, Owings & Merrill LLP. Ahmad Seddiqi and Sons are the exclusive retailer of Rolex Watches in Dubai. Rolex is only lending their name to the project and does not have any involvement in the financing or design. So if you like name brands and want your apartment to be one too, you can expect to move in sometime in 2009.
